Our culture

We are a people first business

Regardless of what we work on, we have the person and the relationship in focus. And precisely that is the epitome of our group's culture. At GroupM there is room to be human. There is room to be and think differently, to be vulnerable and make mistakes, to be curious, to learn, develop and to celebrate both successes and everything that ultimately made us wiser on the way to them .

Our greatest achievement as a group is to have some of the industry's most courageous, curious and innovative colleagues. And it is our colleagues who drive our unique culture and who make the Monday meetings easier, the coffee breaks cosier and the Friday bars more festive. In other words, they make going to work more fun. No one can tell our story as well as they can, and for that reason it is also them you meet here.

Below you can meet some of our many invaluable colleagues and get a better insight into what it means to be part of our group.

The crazy ideas we tested

With Jonas & Mathias

Have you been in an awkward pitch situation, like Jonas, or have you had to admit that your award-winning idea literally bursted before your eyes, like Mathias? Watch the video if you want to hear their stories and what they learned 👋

The things that developed us

With Karen, Daniel & Vera

Have you, like Karen, stepped away from a leader whose values were fundamentally different from your own, like Daniel, put many of your hats on the shelf to create space and breathing space, or like Vera let go of the small details, and learned to trust your own intuition and abilities? Watch the video if you want to hear their stories and what they learned 👋

The alternative solutions we tried out

With Julie & Per

Have you, like Per, accidentally set up a "sylteklub" instead of a "cykelklub" or, like Julie, misunderstood a project brief and developed a full-blown creative take, even though you were merely responsible for the project timeline? Watch the video if you want to hear their stories and what they learned 👋

The things that made us wiser

With Trine & Henrik

Perhaps you, like Trine, Acceleration Nordic, have let an algorithm spend far too much money over the weekend, or like Henrik, Mindshare Denmark, sent a very cheeky email to an otherwise strict client? Watch the video if you want to hear their stories and what they learned 👋
